Hi all, don't know how many of you on here are basketball fans, or if any of you are looking to adopt a new sport but I'm starting to create a basketball site to promote the sport around the UK. Yea, been really lazy with the forum, might get it done today thoeven tho I said that last week and the week before

Thanks. Its a great sport to get into, imo its one of the most demanding sports you can play, constantly using your arms, legs, jumping etc and really wears you down but great for staying active, and getting your hand eye co-ordination and balance up to scratch. I really only watch it though, as im incredibly unfit, I think theres a video knocking around somewhere of me dead on my arse after a work out (which wasnt much more than a light work out lol).
